Strategy development is based on the idea that the best defense is attack. It is better to constantly invest in new services and stay ahead of the competition rather than waiting for rivals to copy successful business methods.
The starting point is the CEO commitment. Are you the CEO of your business? Are you the CEO of your part of your business? If you are the boss then you can start today.
