Pricing Policy
When transacting with The MBA Partnership, all transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax). Should you elect to use your American Express (Amex) card for payment, we reserve the right to charge a 2% administration fee.
Refund Policy
It is policy of The MBA Partnership that we do not give refunds. All fees were agreed upon in writing before work commenced and were set out in either your Engagement Letter or your Fee Estimate.
Security Policy
The MBA Partnership is committed to data security. The MBA Partnership uses a variety of technologies and procedures to help protect personal information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. For example, The MBA Partnership stores data in computer servers with limited access that are located in controlled facilities secured by the latest in surveillance and security technology. When we are required to transmit sensitive information (such as credit card numbers), it is protected through the use of encryption, up to the latest 256-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.
